Opportunity Statement
Professionals who create content (Instructional Designers, Learning Experience Designers, Human Resources Professionals, Social Media Managers, etc.) are eager to adopt inclusive language to prevent alienation, offense, or discouragement among learners, yet they lack clear guidance on how to implement this effectively.

Analyzed Learning Environment: This course should be accessible on multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, and computers, to accommodate learning on the go. Additionally, since many learners experience discomfort and embarrassment upon misusing gender pronouns and other inclusive language, this learning experience should be non-judgmental.
